Community and Family Services International (CFSI) is the Trust Fund Recipient and as such, the primary procuring entity for the World Bank-administered Mindanao Trust Fund – Reconstruction and Development Project Phase II (MTF-RDP/2) as well as the complementary project–Supporting Access to Basic Services and Institutional Capacity in Conflict Affected Areas of Mindanao–funded by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (MTF-RDP/2-AECID). These initiatives, known collectively as MTF-RDP/2 are in support of the implementation of the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB). They include funds for community-managed, Socio-Economic Infrastructure (SEI).

By this announcement, CFSI, working in close collaboration with the Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) and the Joint Task Force on Camps Transformation (JTFCT), wishes to inform duly-registered contractors and construction firms of upcoming opportunities to participate in the bidding for various SEI, such as:

  1. Water System – Level II;
  2. Warehouse with Solar Dryer;
  3. Suspension Bridges/Walkways;
  4. Road Construction; and
  5. Tire Paths.

The bid packages/lots are expected to have Contract Prices in the range of P1.5 Million to P7.0 Million, and to be implemented in specific conflict-affected communities in the six (6) previously acknowledged MILF camps in Mindanao, in the provinces of Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur, Lanao del Norte, and North Cotabato.

It is expected that formal Requests for Bids will be issued early in the third quarter of 2018.
