Community and Family Services International (CFSI) is seeking for services of an External Evaluator that may either be an individual or a team for the evaluation of two related interventions supported by Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and implemented by CFSI for the period January 2018 through March 2022. The evaluation will cover community-based infrastructures and capacity strengthening interventions for partners in select communities across the six previously acknowledged camps of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).
