Director for Philippine Programme Vladimir Hernandez served as Moderator for today’s Question and Answer Session with the UNHCR Assistant High Commissioner for Refugees George Okoth-Obbo. The occasion was the opening session of day three of the 2015 UNHCR Annual Consultations with NGOs. CFSI is being represented by Mr. Hernandez and Executive Director Steven Muncy. CFSI has been a partner of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) since 1982.
