We would like to extend our appreciation for your interest to join the bidding for various Socio-Economic Infrastructures (SEIs) funded by the Mindanao Trust Fund Reconstruction and Development Project Phase II (MTF-RDP/2).
The Pre-Bid Conferences for the SEIs located in Camp Rajamuda and Camp Bilal are scheduled to be conducted on 18 March 2020 and 23 March 2020, respectively. Other bidding-related activities, including site inspections and bid openings, are supposed to follow thereafter.
Due to the significant danger posed by COVID-19, local government units (LGUs) recently have been compelled to control or even prevent the entry of people in their jurisdictions and have banned the conduct of gatherings involving a large number of people.
In view of the foregoing, and in the interest of the safety of everyone, we regret to inform you that the scheduled Pre-Bid Conferences and succeeding bidding-related activities for Local Competitive Bidding (LCB) No. 2 are indefinitely postponed. We will update you on any development, particularly the resumption of the procurement process, when the health emergency is over.
