Community and Family Services International (CFSI) is the Trust Fund Recipient and, as such, the primary procuring entity for the World Bank-administered Mindanao Trust Fund–Reconstruction and Development Project Phase II (MTF-RDP/2), as well as the complementary project–Supporting Access to Basic Services and Institutional Capacity in Conflict Affected Areas of Mindanao–funded by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (MTF-RDP/2-AECID). These initiatives, known collectively as MTF-RDP/2, are in support of the implementation of the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB). They include funds for community-managed, Socio-Economic Infrastructure (SEI).
CFSI, working in close collaboration with the Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) and the Joint Task Force on Camps Transformation (JTFCT), now requests sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for various Works to be implemented in areas of Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur, listed in the attached Request for Bids (RFB). The delivery/construction period is in the range of thirty-five (35) to one hundred (100) Calendar Days.
