Community and Family Services International (CFSI) is seeking the services of an External Evaluator, who may be an individual or a team, for the evaluation of the Sexual and Reproductive Health Project (SRHP) supported by the European Union and implemented by CFSI and Médecins du Monde. The evaluation will cover community-based health promotion activities, service delivery, and advocacy interventions in Pasay City.
