Community and Family Services International (CFSI) is the Fund Recipient, as such, the primary procuring entity for the Zapanta Realty Development Corporation (ZRDP) funded Harmony Learning Center for Marawi Project – Phase III (HLCMP/3). This initiative included funds for the construction of the Harmony Learning Center (HLC).
CFSI, working in close collaboration with the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) of the Local Government Unit of Marawi (LGU-Marawi), now requests sealed bids from eligible bidders for various Works for the Harmony Learning Center (HLC) to be implemented in Hadiya Village, at Barangay Dulay West, Marawi City. The delivery/construction period is Ninety (90) Calendar Days.
