CFSI and UNICEF signed a Programme Cooperation Agreement that enables joint effort in the conflict-affected areas of Mindanao, as well as in Metro Manila, Philippines. The former includes protection, psychosocial social support, and education for children displaced by ongoing armed conflict in Marawi City, as well as water and sanitation facilities and services for fifteen schools in Cotabato City. In Metro Manila, specifically Pasay City, the two organisations will work together to help young people and other stakeholders address reproductive health issues, including HIV/AIDs. Signing for UNICEF was Representative Lotta Sylwander, with Executive Director Steven Muncy signing for CFSI. Witnesses included Deputy Executive Director Neil Sison and Director Lulu Pablo, both with CFSI.
