ANNOUNCEMENT OF INVITATION TO BID PROCUREMENT FOR COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTERS

Community and Family Services International (CFSI) is the beneficiary of a grant and, as such, the primary procuring entity for the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID)-funded Communities for Learning and Employment Project (CLEP). This initiative aims to design and test a training mechanism for access to employment and/or income for 1,800 residents, primarily females, of the six MILF camps. CLEP is designed to be in accordance with the normalization process outlined in the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB) and informed by the Bangsamoro Organic Law, the Camps Transformation Plan, and the Camps Investment Program, all promoting inclusion, peace, and disaster risk reduction, as well as improving the situation of women, youth, persons with disabilities, indigenous peoples, and transitioning combatants. The general objective of CLEP is to promote peace and sustainable local development in the six MILF camps and their areas of influence. CLEP, under Result 2, includes funds for the construction of Community Learning Centers (CLC) in select areas.

CFSI, working in close collaboration with the Joint Task Force on Camps Transformation (JTFCT), now requests sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for various works to be implemented in areas of Maguindanao del Norte, Maguindanao del Sur, Lanao del Norte, and Lanao del Sur, as listed in the table below. The construction period is Ninety (90) calendar days.
