ANNOUNCEMENT OF INVITATION TO BID PROCUREMENT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC INFRASTRUCTURE AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES

Community and Family Services International (CFSI) is the Grant Recipient and Implementing Agency, as such, the primary procuring entity for the World Bank-administered Bangsamoro Camps Transformation Project. This initiative, known as BCTP, aims to improve access to socio-economic services and basic infrastructure in target communities, and is fully aligned with the main objective of the Bangsamoro Normalization Trust Fund (BNTF), which is to assist in the development of the MILF camps, leading to transforming these areas into peaceful and productive communities. BCTP implementation is essential in supporting the gains of the peace process and the legitimacy of the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB). The BCTP, under its Community Development Assistance (CDA) component, included funds for the construction of various community infrastructure sub-projects in the form of small Socio-Economic Infrastructures (SEI) and Community Facilities (CF).

CFSI, working in close collaboration with the Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA Inc. or simply BDA) and the Joint Task Force on Camps Transformation (JTFCT), now requests sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders/firms for various Works to be implemented in the provinces of Maguindanao del Norte, and Maguindanao del Sur, as stated in the table below.
