ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANTICIPATED PROCUREMENT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC INFRASTRUCTURE (SEI) AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES (CFs)

Community and Family Services International (CFSI) is the Grant Recipient and, as such, the primary procuring entity for the Bangsamoro Camps Transformation Project (BCTP). The BCTP is implemented to support the normalization efforts in the six previously acknowledged Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) camps. Specifically, the project aims to improve access to socio-economic services and basic infrastructure in target communities.

BCTP is one of the projects funded by the Bangsamoro Normalization Trust Fund (BNTF) administered by the World Bank. The project is in line with the broader objectives of the trust fund, which is to assist in the development of the Camps with the aim of transforming them into peaceful and productive communities and supports the priorities and prioritized interventions outlined in the Camps Transformation Plan (CTP) and Camps Transformation Investment Programming (CTIP). Within this broader context, the project is expected to contribute to the following priorities: strengthened food security and improved agricultural productivity through household income diversification and improved access to socioeconomic services and basic infrastructure (community and socio-economic).  Thus, BCTP includes funds for the construction of socio-economic infrastructures (SEIs) and community facilities (CFs).

By this announcement, CFSI, in partnership with the Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA, Inc.) and Joint Task Force on Camps Transformation (JTFCT), wishes to inform duly-registered contractors and construction firms of upcoming opportunities to participate in the bidding for various SEIs and CFs, such as;
